How Engaged Are Your Volunteers? - Template Thursday

Posted By Sammy Feilchenfeld, Training Coordinator, August-11-16

 Template Thursday

Throughout the year, in busy times and slower periods, your volunteers work hard to meet the needs of clients and the organization - but have you taken the time to find out how engaged they are in their work? This month’s Template Thursday is a handy survey template you can use to assess volunteer engagement. Using the Conference Board of Canada’s “8 drivers of employee engagement,” you can learn more about your volunteer’s satisfaction and level of engagement to improve roles and activities of volunteers. This template comes from the Volunteer Supervision workbook, free for all subscribers on our Volunteer Management Resource page.
