The Relative Impact ROI Model for Volunteers
With guest presenter Tony Goodrow, Better Impact

“We don’t brag about spending more money…so why do we brag about spending more of our volunteers’ time?”

This workshop will demonstrate how a focus on more volunteer hours may actually devalue volunteers and how to use a Return-on-Investment (ROI) model as a more meaningful indicator of volunteer program success. In three hours, Tony will help you work with boards and upper management to define priorities of volunteer engagement, calculate return on investment of volunteer engagement and monitor the performance of volunteer engagement for internal process improvements.
