Subscriber Circle on the Road - Volunteer Orientation: Getting the Right Start - October 21, 2015 9:30am-11:00am

Subscriber Circles is an ongoing discussion series for full subscriber agencies to connect with colleagues, discuss relevant issues and trends in the sector and exchange information. To subscribe, please go to our subscription page.

Getting volunteers started on the right path can make all the difference in the overall volunteer experience - accomplish this by creating an effective and engaging volunteer orientation.

Join the next Subscriber Circle as we discuss the best practices for building effective volunteer orientations and the creative ways to get our new volunteers informed and engaged from the start.

* Please complete the registration form to attend this event. There's no fee to attend, but registration is only open to Full Volunteer Toronto subscribers.

This session is being hosted at Unison Health & Community Services' Lawrence Heights location, right at Lawrence West Subway Station on the Spadina Subway Line (Line 1). Light refreshments will be provided.

As part of our ongoing evaluation process, and to continue to serve you better, we will contact you to follow up on this training event and its impact.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registrations are accepted at the discretion of Volunteer Toronto.

If you are unable to attend the event, you must cancel your registration at least 48 hours in advance. After the third failure to give 48 hours’ cancellation notice, you will be barred from registering for future Subscriber Circle discussion groups. Please send your written cancellation to Sammy Feilchenfeld at sfeilchenfeld@volunteertoronto.ca.

Registration can be transferred to another member of your organization.
