Conflict Resolution for Volutneer Management - Signature Boot Camp - Thursday, June 15, 2017 9:30am-4:00pm

$110 - Regular Rate / $65 - Full Subscriber Rate

Join us for a full day of specialized training to give you the tools and techniques required to diffuse conflict in your volunteer program, deal with difficult volunteers and create solutions that support everyone in your organization. Co-facilitated by Edwin Greenfield, a Certified Mediator with March of Dimes Canada, this workshop will help you understand the sources of conflict and gain the skills required to resolve conflicts among volunteers using concrete examples and case scenarios from your own programs and across the sector. This Boot Camp sold out quick last time, so register now!

By the end of this full-day workshop, participants will have developed:

  • Understanding of the sources and causes of volunteer conflict
  • Steps to resolve and mediate conflict
  • Detailed coaching strategies and solutions
  • Processes for understanding and dealing with different kinds of conflict

Lunch will not be provided - coffee, tea and light refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registrations are accepted at the discretion of Volunteer Toronto.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 48 hours of an event.
Registration can be transferred to another member of your organization. 

Written notice must be received more than 48 hours prior to the event date in order to receive a refund. Please send your written cancellation to Sammy Feilchenfeld at sfeilchenfeld@volunteertoronto.ca. Registered participants who fail to attend an event will be invoiced for the full fee, due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
