Are you interested in volunteering? Do you want to learn more about what volunteering is? How to get started? And what the benefits are? 

This 1 hour interactive workshop will cover:

  • What volunteering is
  • How to find a volunteer position
  • How to apply for a position
  • What to expect when volunteering 
  • Stories and experiences from current volunteers

This information session is for people who have never volunteered before. This session will be led by Susan Glickman, Community Outreach Volunteer at Volunteer Toronto and an active volunteer for 15+ years. We look forward to sharing our knowledge and experience with you! 

Date: Wednesday, July 5 from 1pm-2pm

Location: Volunteer Toronto, 344 Bloor Street West, Suite 404 

Near Spadina TTC station. Green P parking lot behind building. 


The Volunteer Toronto office is a wheelchair accessible venue. We also have an all-gender, accessible washroom.
