Conflict Resolution and Training for Grassroots Groups 

Description:

This workshop considers some of the emotional and interpersonal challenges faced by leaders in grassroots organizations. Includes:

·         Strategies for preventing and managing volunteer burnout

·         Understanding boundaries

·         Practical suggestions for succession planning

St. Stephen's House will provide a 1-hour training on conflict resolution.
