The Grassroots Growth Project

The Grassroots Growth Project will serve individual s involved in volunteer-run non-profit organizations in Ontario with an annual budget of $75,000 or less, have no full-time permanent staff, and are looking for resources to help them achieve their missions and grow their organizations.

Free Pilot Workshops

The Grassroots Team is working hard to develop four training workshops to help grassroots groups effectively manage volunteers. You can attend our workshops to take you from starting your organizations through to coordinating a large number of volunteers, or pick and choose from the topics that are most relevant to you right now.

Workshops will cover issues relevant to to grassroots groups in Ontario today, including governance structures, volunteer burnout, and volunteer recruitment and retention -
all from a grassroots perspective.

Register And Have Your Say

By attending the pilot workshops, you'll be able to help shape the structure and content of the training sessions, which will officially launch in September 2016. We hope you'll take the opportunity to include your voice in our project!
