July 15, 2015 Boot Camp 

This special full day "Boot Camp" workshop will give volunteer managers the valuable tools, techniques and skills required to diffuse conflict, deal with difficult volunteers and create solutions that support everyone in your organization. Co-facilitated by Edwin Greenfield, a Certified Mediator with March of Dimes Canada and Sammy Feilchenfeld, Volunteer Toronto's Training Coordinator, this workshop will help volunteer managers understand the sources of conflict and gain the skills required to resolve conflicts among volunteers using concrete examples and case scenarios from the voluntary sector.
