Communicating Impact Through Recognition & Evaluation

Understanding and communicating the impact of your volunteers is crucial to increase volunteer satisfaction, improve program outcomes, and promote your volunteer program in your organization and your community.

This workshop will explore how telling volunteers about the impact of their work can bolster recognition events and reinforce performance evaluation, and how you can evaluate volunteer engagement to boost volunteer impact and spark program growth.

Join us for the final workshop in our CCVI series to learn how to use recognition and evaluation as strategies to help you understand, communicate and increase the impact of your volunteers

Are you a Non-profit or Community group subscriber and have been struggling with our new website? Worry not!

Website Help Sessions are FREE sessions that will include a thorough tutorial with step by step instructions to help you navigate the website and areas such as the Career Centre and Managing Your Profile. There will also be a chance to ask questions. This session will last for an hour and a half and can only take 20 people.
