Workshops

Workshops are delivered in-house by our team of experts and guest facilitators. These workshops are geared toward any individual who recruits, manages or supervises volunteers or has an interest in Volunteer Management. All workshops are recognized as ongoing professional development for certification/recertification with PAVRO (Professional Association of Volunteer Leaders - Ontario).

 

January 19, 2017 - Signature Boot Camp: Energizing Your Volunteer Recruitment

Time: 9:30am-4:00pm - FULL DAY WORKSHOP
Cost: $65 Full Subscriber Rate / $110 Regular Rate

 

February 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2017 - Volunteer Performance Management 4-Week Course

Time: 6:30-8:00pm weekly for four weeks
Cost: $80 Full Subscriber Rate / $135 Regular Rate for the complete series

 

February 23, 2017 - Risk Management: What You Need to Know

Time: 9:30am-12:30pm
Cost: $40 Full Subscriber Rate / $70 Regular Rate

Trailblazer Series

Trailblazer Series BrandingThe Trailblazer Series is a set of leadership talks for people who manage volunteer-run non-profit organizations and groups in Toronto. The talks provide an opportunity for local leaders to hear from peers and experts on how to overcome common challenges faced by organizations with no paid staff and limited resources. All talks are free of charge.
