ChangeTheWorld: Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge
April 12-May 24, 2015

Are you a high school student looking for volunteer hours and a chance to make a difference in your community? ChangeTheWorld: Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge is the perfect opportunity to do so!

ChangeTheWorld is a youth volunteering campaign taking place between April 12 and May 24. Students who volunteer for 3 hours or more during the six weeks can submit their hours to Volunteer Toronto and receive a Certificate of Recognition from the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and International Trade (MCIIT) and Volunteer Toronto! Great to have for college and university applications!

Purple Day 2015

Did you know this Thursday is Purple Day?

Started by a young girl from Nova Scotia called Cassidy, Epilepsy Awareness Day or "Purple Day" as it is commonly known, is an international grassroots effort dedicated to increasing awareness about epilepsy worldwide.

Show your support for epilepsy awareness by wearing purple on Thursday! And if you want to help spread the word, why not
sign up as an Ambassador and learn how you can raise awareness at your school, workplace or in your local community?
