Youth volunteers who participated in the 2015 Multicultural Cafe |
Are you a high school student who volunteered in the past six weeks?
ChangeTheWorld: Ontario Youth Volunteer Challenge is a campaign that encourages and celebrates youth volunteering.
Any young person aged 14-18 who volunteered for three hours or more between April 12 and May 24 can receive a Certificate of Recognition from the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and International Trade (MCIIT) and Volunteer Toronto.
This is a great opportunity to have your volunteer hours formally recognized and receive an official certificate from the government and Volunteer Toronto.
To receive your certificate, you simply need to request one by Friday June 5th. Please spread the word to any high school students you know!

Spring Out This Spring!
It’s finally starting to feel like spring in Toronto. The flowers are blooming, the weather is warmer and the construction has started! If you’re itching to get outside and do some good this season, we have a number of non-profits who have fun outdoor volunteer opportunities, so why not sign up to help out and get a tan while you’re at it?
Consider:
