This full day workshop on Volunteer Performance Management explores poor performance, constructive feedback & evaluation, the performance coaching process and dismissal. In this jam-packed day, facilitators Sammy Feilchenfeld and Shaminda Perera (joining us from Volunteer MBC), will walk you through understanding and recognizing problematic behaviour, how to approach issues effectively and how to measure, analyze and improve volunteer performance.
