Managing Stress & Anxiety During COVID-19

In these unprecedented, uncertain times we continue to serve our community and support each other. How then, do we support ourselves? This session is an opportunity to collectively take a breath, come together to deconstruct the challenges we’re all facing, share experiences, and learn practical tools to support overall emotional health.

In this interactive webinar, participants will:

  • Identify and make space for difficult feelings (fear, anger, grief, confusion, overwhelm)
  • Reflect on the impact COVID-19 is having on health, families, relationships and finances
  • Explore strategies to move forward in the face of change and the uncertainty
  • Access resources to stay emotionally supported, grounded and energized

Registered attendees will receive self-care worksheets, assignments and resources prior to and/or after the webinar. During this hour participants will have the opportunity to ask questions, share commitments and connect with their community.
