Closing Roles and Getting Feedback

With today's volunteers increasingly drawn to shorter commitments, it's important to be prepared for closing roles and collecting feedback from volunteers that are leaving. Setting up for volunteers "leaving well" can be a challenge, but with the right attention upfront, you'll save yourself a lot of trouble down the road. In this 90-minute webinar, we'll look at the process of closing roles, collecting feedback from leaving volunteers, and the different paths volunteers may take to leave your organization. We'll also go into detail on the important "exit interview" and explore what to do with the feedback you receive.

Registration & Cancellation Policy
Registrations are accepted at the discretion of Volunteer Toronto. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received within 48 hours of an event. Registration can be transferred to another member of your organization. Written notice must be received more than 48 hours prior to the event date in order to receive a refund. Please send your written cancellation to Sammy Feilchenfeld at sfeilchenfeld@volunteertoronto.ca. Registered participants who fail to attend an event will be invoiced for the full fee, due 30 days from the date of the invoice.
