“The pandemic has driven profound changes in how we resource and deliver our services, prompting a renewed focus on what truly matters and creating an imperative to build back better. As we conclude our five-year strategic plan, we reflect on the spark ignited in this journey and the ongoing need to sustain our collective energy to drive positive transformation. Our commitment to systemic change in volunteerism, first sparked in 2020, remains unwavering. We are determined to continue until we realize the change we know is needed."
